Meet Kelsi
Kelsi is a Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience working in sport - from high school athletes to elite programs. She completed a BSc. Kinesiology and her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Saskatchewan. In the pursuit of specializing in Sport Physiotherapy, Kelsi has completed her Certificate in Sport Physiotherapy, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
After 7 years as a Team Physiotherapist with the University of Saskatchewan, Kelsi decided to blend her passions for female athlete care, sport science innovation and helping athletes reach their full potential - and created Shift Performance and Sport Science.
She is committed to supporting female athletes building injury resilience and reaching their full performance potential. She takes an evidence-based approach to sport rehab and performance training, equipping her athletes with the tools and knowledge they need to stay strong, healthy, and competitive.
Our Mission
Shift was built on the belief that female athletes deserve specialized training and rehab tailored to their physiology, anatomy and hormone profile. Shift’s mission is to help athletes build resilience, prevent injuries, and optimize performance.
